RheiaFit is a sustainable maternity and postpartum brand designed by Olympian and mom of two, Lisa Nemec. We’re building clothing that supports women through the most transformative seasons of life—physically, emotionally, and socially.
Our first piece? The Mom Hoodie. It’s made from ethically grown Greek cotton, designed with love, and created to support movement and motherhood—before, during, and after pregnancy.But we’re not just about clothes. We’re expanding our collection with nursing sports bras, maternity leggings, maternity bike shorts, and more coming soon. Every piece is thoughtfully designed with sustainability at its core—crafted from eco-friendly materials to reduce waste and ensure a lasting impact. Our designs also prioritize comfort and performance, providing the support and flexibility moms need for active lives, whether at home, in the gym, or on the go.We’re also building a community circle where women—trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum—can share advice, move together, and feel connected through free or paid wellness resources. Our goal is to help you thrive, not just survive, through motherhood.
